I suppose with this build you have 109 AL most of the time. But a warrior can easily get it higher, get into groups easier, deal more damage... see where I am going?

Thats true LiamR but using this build type is still fun and at least isnt the same 2-3 builds that ive used over and over. The one ive been using was just something i threw together, and ive greatly enjoyed using it. As ive already said, games are about fun see where im going?

yeah I ment damage managment as in... Sin being spiked hurt and burdened the monk.

lol if you think a warrior can deal more go right ahead. but either way a few tried it, many saw it and monks will enjoy its presense.

Game on.

I thought most of the assassins still playing are the ones that have moved past thinking they have to tank, and realised what assassins are good at and what they aren't good at.

If this helps you get into groups, good luck to you. But I don't think I will be grouping with any assassins calling themselves a tank.

Yeah there really is no point to tanking or trying to. With the massive sin buff a few weeks or so ago it became easier to plan great builds with different skills. The reasons sins get flak from other players is because of the tank mentality..... Just give up on the tanking and learn how the sin should be played. And I agree with Carth` there is almost no way Id let a sin calling himself a tank in my group.

lol like i said i do not tank so flame elsewhere. I prefer to be a caster gank away from main agro. I put this out there for those who insist on tanking with a sin can do so while keeping dmg output high and mitigating the dmg taken thru substancial self healing and armor buffing.

Please go try it out before you bash the build or concept. and lose the selective reading. I do not run as a tank. Many however do.

this closed minded mentality is a sign of poor personal character. Please learn to think outside the box.

I don't think any of us is bashing the build, but for "caster gankers", there are more efficient builds available, with more damage output, and are as hard to kill as you are.

just go try it b4 you start saying whats better, i havent seen a match to this yet (im not saying its invincible, but i was "wowed" by it). Sure it has its counters, like all builds, but this build should be tested before people "bash" or suggest things that are superior.

He was just suggesting another way to play the profession, step away from cookie cutter play styles and think in another direction, this is a good build. If you try it and dont like it, fine. If you read the thread title and dont like it, that's rediculous. I agree, this thread should be closed.

I didn't say the build was bad. I was saying his mentality of solving the problem was bad. He's looking for problems where there are none.

many pve players are " inferior " I am just putting a build out there for those " inferior " players to use to be less " inferior " while still playing with an " inferior " mentality.

Lets call it an anti leeroy build because even leeroy Jenkins would run this fairly well.

If someone cant run this build as a stereotype assassin in pve Without burdening the monk, then they are one of jerry's kids.

Jerry's kids? Like the 3 friends and Jerry?

Anyway. Ok. But that still doesn't leave use from giving critique on the way you do it. If the people are dumb enough to leeroy with an assassin, they should uninstall GW. IMO.

its your opinion but once again read. I do not run this A/D!!!!! I have said this at least 4 times in this thread.
I posted it for those who want to tank. If your trying to manipulate my words in order to iritate me.... it worked, but please be mature enough or at least be smart enough to listen to what i said.

If you wanna play games go else where. I am sure you all are old enough that in real life you do not act this way to an employer, a personal aquantance, or in a public interpersonal relationship, nor do you have the balls to do so.
to do so would warrent a misdminer arrest for disorderly conduct and/or dismissal from a job for herrassment.

Just because its a game do not act like a prick. You should have better morals than this.

idk who is more annoying in this post, but there are so many bashing this build.. and yet.. have you tried it??? it's actually really good. i ran it in PvE with my sin and i didn't die a single time, did nice damage, had plenty of energy, and with a few tweaks, made it into a FUN build that was ORIGINAL to TRY for a while. No, you can't run it everywhere, but not many builds can be ran everywhere, and those bashing that say, "oh well my warrior can go anywhere blah blah blah he does more damage and this and that" you're full of crap cause i've only seen 2 tank builds that really do any reasonable damage ever and they're so easy to counter seeing as high dps means no heals, that a single mesmer or ele could kill them in seconds. i'm so tired of seeing the same 3-4 builds in TA/HA/GvG/Ab that it's going to drive me insane. I like originality, and more than that, i like when people play the game and enjoy it instead of trying to bring others down that suggest fun ideas to keep the game alive. Get a life bashers, run you wammos and dragon slashers all you want in noobsville RA if you want, but some are trying to come up with new ways and builds to make this game better. I run a R/A with dagger skills and a big ass Black Moa, and i do around 100dps and can heal myself np, but i guess i'm freaking crazy for trying something newer that not too many use right???? freaking bashers make build post useless cause you're just judgemental without testing, and even worse, you're too naive to realize that this might be how someone else enjoys the game. Instead of being constructive, you just rain on others parades. this isn't to defend just this post, but all post for narrowminded staple-build conformist bashers. play on.
